win222 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and win222 ("win222", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at win222.im.

By registering an account on win222, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game or otherwise using any part of the win222 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use win222.

These Terms apply to all players using the win222 platform regardless of how you access it — whether through a browser on a mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer. win222 may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 16. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

You are only permitted to use win222 if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age. win222 does not permit access to any person under the age of 18, under any circumstances.
• You are accessing win222 from a territory where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and are not registering or playing on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You have not been self-excluded from win222 or from any other online gaming platform. A player who is under a self-exclusion order from any jurisdiction must not attempt to use win222.
• You are not employed by win222, are not a director of win222, and are not an immediate family member of any win222 employee or director.

3 Account Registration

To use win222's paid gaming services you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one account on win222. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If win222 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

win222 reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a large win, or if unusual account activity is detected. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win222 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

win222 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from win222 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact win222 support immediately at support@win222.im. win222 will suspend the account pending investigation. win222 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause is the player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

New device logins on win222 require SMS OTP verification. Do not share OTPs with anyone — no win222 representative will ever ask for your OTP.

5 Deposits

win222 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

The minimum deposit amount at win222 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for most players, though win222 reserves the right to apply limits based on account activity, verification status or risk assessment.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your win222 balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits settle within 1–3 minutes in most cases.

• You must only deposit funds that you can afford to lose.
• win222 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposit funds are held in accounts separate from win222's operational funds.
• win222 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear to be made in error or that cannot be verified.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of cleared, real-money funds from your win222 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless win222 has approved an alternative method in writing.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• win222 processes standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes of request submission. Larger amounts (above Rs 5,00,000) may require additional review and may take up to 24 hours.
• win222 reserves the right to conduct security checks on any withdrawal request. This may extend processing time temporarily. You will be notified of any delay.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

win222 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus principles set out here. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 30×) is stated clearly in the bonus offer details. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 30,000 in total qualifying bets before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.

Game Contribution Rates: Not all game categories contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games and fishing games at win222 typically contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering. Live casino games including Teen Patti and Baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific offer terms. Virtual sports bets may vary. Contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the offer terms.

Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated at the time of issue. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be removed from your balance automatically.

Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies or coordinated play to exploit bonus structures — is prohibited. win222 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where abuse is identified.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on win222 operate under published rules that are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read the rules of any game before placing a bet. Unfamiliarity with game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

Slot games and RNG-based card games at win222 are powered by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG determines outcomes independently of win222's revenue and cannot be influenced by any player action, system setting or win222 employee. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available in the game information panel.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers operating in monitored studio environments. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the relevant session recording will be reviewed by win222's disputes team.

win222 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that results from a technical error, system malfunction, game software bug or human dealer error. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded to player balances. win222 is not obligated to pay out winnings that arise solely as a result of such errors.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win222 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information at any stage of account use.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with win222 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games such as live Teen Patti or poker.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any player who identifies a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other technology to conceal your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through win222's platform. win222 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
• Attempting to intimidate, threaten or abuse win222 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension, Restriction and Closure

win222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 after the 13th consecutive inactive month, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero.
• At the player's own request — players may close their account at any time by contacting support.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no investigation is pending. Bonus funds are not returned upon closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

win222 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for some players gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. win222 provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Changes to lower a limit take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert after a chosen duration of continuous play. You will receive an on-screen notification when your chosen time is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per session, day, week or month. When reached, further play is paused automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from win222 for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the win222 platform — including but not limited to the win222 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text content, software and promotional materials — is the property of win222 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use win222's platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any win222 content without prior written authorisation from win222.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

win222 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its gaming services. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, how long it is retained and your rights regarding your personal data are set out in detail in the win222 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering at win222 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• win222 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Payment details are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment processors and are not stored on win222's servers.
• win222 may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement or fraud prevention agencies where legally required to do so.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win222's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

win222 is not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures, service disruptions or technical issues outside win222's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where the cause is your failure to safeguard credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on win222 that was accurate at the time of display but subsequently changed.
• Indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the direct loss of deposited funds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits win222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game software error or communication failure during a gaming session, win222's system logs will be used as the primary record of what occurred. Player claims regarding outcomes that differ from system logs will be assessed against the recorded data.

If a malfunction prevents a game from completing, the bet amount will be returned to the player's balance. If a malfunction produces an erroneously large payout that is clearly inconsistent with the game's stated maximum prize, win222 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpayment. Players will be informed of such corrections promptly.

16 Amendments to These Terms

win222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — win222 will provide notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions of new game categories under existing rules — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent change was made.

Continued use of win222 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using win222 before it takes effect and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.

17 Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in a game outcome, a transaction or any other aspect of your win222 account, you should raise a dispute as follows:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed description of your dispute to win222's support team via live chat or email at support@win222.im. Include the date and time of the incident, the game or transaction reference number, and a description of the issue. Support will acknowledge your complaint within 4 hours and aim to resolve straightforward disputes within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may request that the dispute be escalated to win222's senior disputes team. You will receive a final decision letter within 10 business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — External Review: If you remain unsatisfied following win222's internal resolution, you may seek review through an independent dispute resolution body as specified in your jurisdiction's applicable gaming laws.

During the investigation period, win222 may place a hold on the relevant funds in your account to preserve the status quo. Threatening, abusive or bad-faith conduct in communications with win222 support will disqualify a complaint from being considered further.

In the event of any translation being produced for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
